When entering Coity from M4 J36, continue through the village passing the Post Office and the castle ruins on your left. Once passed the ruins turn left which will take you on past the Church, then the school and to the outer edge of the village with some farms. Continue straight on this country road, do not turn off. There is a small cottage on your left and the road rises up to reveal another house on your left.

The Happy Cats Hotel entrance is then immediately after & again on your left. There is a private lay-by with recessed driveway. Turn down the driveway, which is tree-lined. You will then come to a gate which you will need to open (and close, please) and Happy Cats Hotel will then be clearly visible in front of you, just past the main house.
